Craig concentrates his practice in franchise and distribution, real estate, and corporate law. He represents franchisors regarding franchise registration and disclosure laws, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, general business issues and real estate matters.

Craig’s experience encompasses drafting and registering franchise disclosure documents (including transactions in Canada and Mexico), advising clients on registration laws and franchisee relationship issues, negotiating purchase and sale contracts for asset sales, advising private equity funds on franchise regulatory issues related to mergers and acquisitions and negotiating lease agreements.

His other experience includes drafting and negotiating leases for retail, shopping center, and office locations. Craig has advised clients on the purchase and sale of commercial properties and the various real estate, business, and corporate issues associated with these transactions.
